Our pushchair choice!

Bugaboo Cameleon 3

We ordered our pushchair package at The Baby Show in October at Olympia. We had already decided we both loved the Bugaboo Cameleon 3 and we got a fantastic deal on it at the show.

When Oliver was a baby I changed pushchairs alot, first of all we were given a Graco pushchair system and after a week I hated it so on ebay I brought a silvercross 3d pram which I loved so I sold that and brought a new one with complete package.. But once Oliver had outgrown the pram he was no longer facing me and I didn't like that so I sold it and brought a Quinny Buzz which I loved. Then while in Mothercare I saw the Mothercare Spin which I loved because then Oliver could face in and out at a switch (or a spin I should say) of a handle.... Soon after Oliver didn't want to be in a pushchair so we got a Silvercross stroller.

This time, I knew what I wanted in a pushchair and that I only wanted one.

What we ordered:
  • Bugaboo Cameleon 3 with black base
  • Bugaboo Fabric Pack - Black
  • Bugaboo Footmuff - Black
  • Bugaboo Maxi-Cosi adapters
  • Maxi-Cosi Pebble - Total Black
  • Maxi-Cosi easy base

What we like about the Bugaboo:
  • Carry cot mode which feels comfy, mattress is the nicest I felt
  • Carry cot fairly big in size so will last longer
  • Can face both ways
  • Lightweight and compact
  • Looks lovely - hehe
  • Comfy
  • Easy fold
  • Multi-terrain
  • Carry cot folds so easy to store when finished using it
  • Can be used with Maxi-Cosi car seat on the frame
  • Adjustable suspension for different weights
  • Adjustable handle bar - suitable for both of us to push!
  • Break is on the side so Oliver will find it harder to put the break on :)
  • Can get extra accessories
  • Footmuff looks comfy!
What we like about Maxi-Cosi Pebble:
  • Looks comfy
  • Has good reviews
  • Excellent test ratings
  • Can be used with base to ensure correct fitting
  • Side protection system for best possible safety
  • TUV approved for use on an aircraft - you never know?
  • Love the sun canopy
  • Has a storage compartment in the back
  • Can buy a rain cover - which can be stored in the compartment
  • Can remove cover for washing
Obviously I won't be using this pushchair until baby is born so I will do a complete review of it then. (excuse the messy toys in the background but a child lives here! hehe)
